We have our own technologists in the field and in the packhouses. This provides us with more control over what gets packed in the box.

PRE-SEASON
We require every grower to state in writing the proposed pesticides to be sprayed on their fields. The goal is to make sure these are within the regulations of the country to whom we are shipping. For supplies to Europe, most growers have attained their EUREPGAP certification.
Packhouses are audited prior to harvest.

DURING THE SEASON
Our technologists work in the field and in the packing stations so that quality control takes place at source.
Daily field updates (on quality of fruit, issues if any, and expected length of harvest) are sent by e-mail to the buyers and technologists on the receiving end.
We are equipped with all the tools necessary to perform checks and audits at source (refractometer, penetrometer, European ring sizes for grape & stone fruit).
